Susan Stacy, LSW
Therapist
I’m glad you’re here! I believe that we can only show up fully for what matters to us when we give ourselves the same care and attention we offer others. I specialize in helping adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and families navigate ADHD, trauma, parenting challenges, boundaries, and lifestyle or wellness routines. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and IFS to help you access your own resources, develop practical strategies, and create both short-term and long-term improvements in your life.
