Kayleen Kaiser, LPC

Therapist

I believe the role of a therapist is to serve as a supportive guide as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and unique life experiences. I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating addiction and substance use, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anger management, codependency, relationship concerns, depression, and anxiety. Drawing from extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my goal is to help you reduce emotional distress, increase psychological flexibility, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

Kayleen Kaiser, LPC

About Kayleen

Kayleen Kaiser is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in addiction education and treatment. She believes that growth and healing occur when individuals feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted. She works alongside clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the challenges they face while helping them develop effective coping strategies and build upon their existing strengths. Her therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and encouraging, fostering an environment where clients can make meaningful changes and move forward with confidence.

Kayleen’s clinical approach is rooted in humanistic and behavioral therapies, emphasizing present-moment awareness and viewing clients as active agents in their own growth and change. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. By integrating these approaches, she tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, creating an individualized path toward healing and well-being.

Kayleen believes that every journey begins with a single step and that meaningful progress is made by focusing on the path directly in front of you rather than becoming overwhelmed by the final destination. She is dedicated to helping clients move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence as they work toward the life they want to create.
