Jackie Shelton-Espinosa, LCSW
Therapist
I specialize in helping high-capacity individuals who feel exhausted from carrying everyone else’s needs while neglecting their own. I do not believe you are broken or in need of fixing. Instead, we use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you unhook from self-critical stories and societal pressures that keep you stuck in cycles of over-responsibility. Through mindfulness-based practices, we create space to stay present with anxiety, exhaustion, or self-doubt rather than fighting against them. My approach is relational, justice-oriented, and rooted in the belief that you deserve connection, rest, and a life aligned with what truly matters to you.
