Full-Time Psychotherapist (Remote – Illinois)
Active IL License REQUIRED: LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD
Location: 100% Remote (Illinois-based license required)
Position: Full-Time Psychotherapist (W-2 Fee-for-Service)
Start Date: October 2025
Base Pay: $59.00 – $92.40 per hour (depending on license and experience)
Caseload Expectation: Maintain 20–30 sessions per week

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and create treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Illinois license: LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD.
- Commitment to maintaining a caseload of 20–30 weekly sessions.
- Availability for some evening or weekend sessions preferred.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of counseling experience (1,500+ post-master’s hours).
- Experience with treatment planning, long-term therapy, and diagnostic assessments.
- Cultural competence and/or experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and recovery communities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $59–$92.40 per clinical hour (depending on license/experience).
- Annual Compensation: Entry-level clinicians typically earn $60K–$75K in their first year; more experienced clinicians can earn more.
