Kate Ruocco, LSW
Therapist
I support folks in assessing life-limiting patterns caused by trauma and systems and provide support through evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, Acceptance + Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy. With a background in somatically-focused modalities, I offer an integrative approach to therapy for individuals and couples seeking self-discovery and growth.
I consider my life’s work to be providing space for others to heal themselves. By emphasizing trust within the client-therapist relationship, my goal is to raise clients’ awareness of their own strengths and empower them to confront life’s challenges and transitions.
