Anchor Health Group Therapy
OCD Treatment Group
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
A 12-Week Closed Enrollment Program for Adults 18+ | Beginning October 2026
Understand OCD. Face it together. Take back control.
Facilitated by Katelyn McCann, LSW
Licensed Social Worker | Anchor Health Counseling
OCD affects roughly 1 in 40 adults, and the average person waits 17 years before receiving an accurate diagnosis.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and group-based ERP gives you something individual therapy can’t: a room full of people who actually get it. This 12-week program combines psychoeducation, individualized exposure work, and the support of a small, consistent group to help you break the OCD cycle.
