About Michelle

Michelle Lenz is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples move toward healing, wholeness, and deeper connection. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, supporting clients in building resilience, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of hope. Michelle works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, and women’s issues, and she also provides couples counseling to help partners strengthen connection and communication.

Michelle has worked across counseling, educational, and conference settings both in the United States and internationally, bringing a broad and culturally informed perspective to her work. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based and relational approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Prepare and Enrich for premarital counseling. She is also certified in anger management and incorporates healing prayer into her work for clients seeking spiritually integrated care. Michelle is passionate about helping clients grow in authenticity, strengthen both intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, and live fuller, more connected lives.
