Stephanie Ricedorf, LSW

Therapist

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience. My approach centers on empathetic listening, self-discovery, and practical skills that help clients achieve balance and well-being. I draw from evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help clients manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping people improve their relationship with themselves: fostering self-compassion, confidence, and personal growth. I also strive to create a safe, inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community and anyone seeking authentic support and understanding.
