Joshua Connor, LCSW
Therapist
I believe therapy is a partnership: one where you are the expert on your own experience, and I’m here to help guide and support you along the way. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and tailored to your specific needs. I combine evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help you build coping skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, and strengthen emotional resilience. It takes courage to begin the process of self-exploration, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, chronic illness and pain, life transitions, self-esteem, gender identity exploration, and stress-related challenges.
